Server Assembly and Availability
All servers are custom-built and rigorously tested after your order to ensure top performance and reliability. Our standard activation time is 7 business days.
Setup Fees:
- $0 setup fee for contracts of 6 months or more, regardless of the configuration.
Data Center
We offer VPS from the Digital Realty data center in Miami, with excellent connectivity to Latin America. Designed to withstand Category 5 hurricanes.
FAQ
Can I customize the server configuration?
Yes. This server is fully customizable, allowing you to choose exactly the hardware and specs that best suit your needs.
What is the provisioning time?
After your order is submitted and approved, the server goes through the assembly, testing, and validation process.
Due to the level of customization, the provisioning time is up to 7 business days.

What does "after your registration is approved" mean?
To maintain a secure and reliable environment, we manually review all new orders.
Depending on your profile at the time of purchase, we may request additional information — such as ID verification or payment method confirmation — to ensure the order is legitimate.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
You can cancel the server at any time. However, if you received free setup, a minimum contract of 6 months applies.
In this case, the server can only be canceled at the end of the agreed term.
For month-to-month contracts, cancellation is allowed at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before renewal.
Can I earn money by referring this server?

Can I install any operating system?
Yes. You have full control and can install any operating system via iDRAC IPMI access.
Are there any port restrictions?
Outbound traffic on ports 25, 465, and 587 is filtered to protect the reputation of our IP addresses and reduce spam or abuse.
If you need to send emails directly from your server, you can request port unblocking by contacting our support team.
Where are the servers located?
Our servers are hosted in Miami, Florida (USA) — a strategic location that offers excellent connectivity to Latin America.
In Brazil, latency typically ranges from 70 ms to 110 ms, depending on the region and provider.

Do you offer refunds for dedicated servers?
No. Due to the nature of our services and the resources involved in provisioning and reserving dedicated servers, we do not offer refunds once a server has been deployed.
