At ServerSP, all our network systems, switches, routers, storage units, and base servers (physical nodes) that support our Dedicated Server – Bare Metal and VPS services are monitored in real time by multiple tools, ensuring high availability and quick action in any incident.
All detected incidents are automatically classified (Disaster, High, Average, Warning, Information, Not Classified) and sent to the most appropriate channel in our internal workflow, which integrates Slack, mobile push, and instant messengers.
When an incident is classified as High or Disaster, the system sends an immediate push alert to all technicians and continues sending notifications every 1 minute until someone confirms they understand the cause.
After this confirmation, the assigned technician has up to 30 minutes to start corrective actions, following predefined procedures to ensure quick service restoration.
This monitoring applies to our infrastructure. We do not perform internal monitoring of client Bare Metal or VPS servers unless the additional service is contracted.
Monitoring Highlights
- Check frequency: every 60 seconds.
- Multiple check locations: monitoring servers in 4 regions (2× North America, 1× South America, and 1× Europe).
- Tools used: Zabbix, HetrixTools, and Uptime Kuma, ensuring redundancy and accuracy.
- Immediate action: any anomaly triggers an alert to our team, which begins analysis within 30 minutes.
Focus on Availability and Performance
Our philosophy is simple: if the infrastructure is stable, your services will be safer.
That’s why we invest in robust monitoring, electrical and network redundancy, and teams ready to act at any time.
