Yes. All of our dedicated servers are fully customizable. You can choose the CPU family (Xeon Silver, Gold, Platinum), RAM size (up to 3 TB), storage type (SATA, SAS, NVMe), and even networking options like redundant uplinks and private VLANs.

Our standard provisioning time for a dedicated server is 3–7 business days depending on stock and customization level. All servers are assembled, tested, and delivered with remote IPMI access.

Depending on your profile at the time of purchase, we may request additional information — such as ID verification or payment method confirmation — to ensure the order is legitimate.

You can cancel the server at any time. However, if you received free setup, a minimum contract of 6 months applies.

In this case, the server can only be canceled at the end of the agreed term.
